time to get repair back from Maine facility?

I sent my new model 41 in as the bluing was poorly applied..had the gun for less than 2 weeks. Have waited 3 weeks and nothing has yet been done according to customer service. Is this typical wit time in your experience? Sure would like my gun back.

I recently returned a 41 for a broken extractor and had it back in 10 or 11 days.

I sent S&W a scandium revolver to be refinished black and it took +1 month. They do the things in batches, and mine had to wait for the next one.

After waiting 3 weeks I was told it would be at LEAST 2-3 more weeks. Left 2 voice mails for the Customer Service Manager that she has not returned. Feeling not so warm and fuzzy about S&W right now..
