S&W repair turnaround time

Not sure how long they are taking now. I was told 3-4 weeks but been 4 weeks and still in cue to be looked at according to customer service today. Brand new 617 with a badly milled extractor.

Sent my plus in 4 times with it not getting fixed!!
Going to send it back again!
I have only owned it for 8 months, it didn't work from the start!
Time to replace or refund!!

It don't matter what the turn around time is if it doesn't get fixed!
