Frankly, I wouldn't want to be on the same range as anyone using that.

I wouldn't want to be on some ranges with some guys using 12# triggers. Seen too much stupidity on ranges over the years regardless of trigger weight.

Range time would not bother me but I'm not sure I'd want to carry a pistol with a 2.5# trigger pull unless the safety was on. That's just me.

It's billed as a "competition trigger", so someone using it on a carry gun would be doing so at their own risk. I know we get caught up on "would a rogue prosecutor attack you for XYZ", but I think having a trigger labeled a competition trigger in a carry gun could be something a rogue prosecutor would make hay over.

Safe Gun Handling

I would have to agree with most of what's been said already. It's "too light" for most folks. I had a light trigger kit put into my 1911 once & found out it was "way too light". when bringing the gun up on target, it went off prematurely. my fault for having my finger on the trigger in the uptake. I was shooting alone & I didn't shoot myself, thank God, but it scared the hell out of me. I've been shooting most of my life & I've heard the safety precautions a hundred times, apparently I should have remembered & repeated it 101 times. Glad I was out in the boondocks & not on a public range.

I've installed it on my 4.25 full-sized ported PC 9mm

I love it. I don't carry the gun. nor do I plan to. I use the gun for match shooting. I like it lot better then my friends apex triggers I highly recommend it.

You guys are costing me my retirement money. I'll be broke but I'll have plenty of ammo and fun!
