I've got a reproduction M3 shoulder holster coming tomorrow in the mail. I also will be shooting my last hundred rounds of ammo through the gun.
If it makes it to 500 rounds, I'll consider it reliable for defense.
To the casual observer, that looks exactly like a World War II U.S. Army issue M1911-A1. It's not a perfect reproduction of any specific issued M1911-A1, but that is more than close enough to scratch the itch of wanting a generic WW II issue 1911-A1 without spending well north of $1000.
