Over the past three weeks I have scored a M13-2, M19-5 and a M60-1. I took them all to the range today along with my wife and her 9mm. Absolutely loved shooting the 2 K Frames. Both are great shooters and have sweet triggers. The little 60 is a good shooter but has a rather stiff trigger. But I do not mind because it is going to be my carry gun and I still shot well with it.

Very nice trio. You may be able to lighten the trigger a touch on the 60 with the mainspring screw located on the front of the grip frame. It can be adjusted a little if it is all the way in by screwing it out a bit to lighten the tension on the mainspring but be mindful that if you lighten it too much you will get light primer strikes and fail to fire. You can't make it a hair trigger (wouldn't want to anyway) but something to look at if you like. Sorry if you already knew this. Enjoy! :)

I've never seen a Model 60 with a mainspring screw. How does that work on a gun with a coil mainspring? Of course that's why I like I-frames better than J-frames.

You will have to forgive me if the J's don't have a mainspring screw! I have K's and L's and they do so I made an ***-umption!

Thanks guys, I do not mind a stiffer trigger on a carry gun to be honest. I got the 60 just because it is a little sister to my favorite Smith... the M65.
