Anyone know what the torque specs for scope rings for the scope? I mounted a scope but would like to know how tight to turn the little screw on the rings.

Generally, most stay right around 20 inch pounds.
Warne says 20-25 but maybe less, depending on scope brand.
Leupold says 28.

I called Sig yesterday and got a generic answer, torque somewhere between 20-30 lbs. I went with 25 lbs. and blue lost its.

I set my Burris Signature Scope Rings to 30 - 31 inch pounds. Never have any issues with that spec. as Burris states 30 inch pounds on their Signature line.
I use the Burris Signature Scope Rings on ALL my scopes which are actually Leupold brand. IMHO I think the Burris Signature Scope Ring line is superior to all others because of the Nylon inserts that are adjustable and protective to the scope. It allows you to get the scope within an inch or two of dead center before even using the scope's adjustment screws or knobs. The less mechanical adjustment, the better!
