I have done much traveling in my career. Usually the family had to stay home. So, when we retired, with the family grown, she decided to say: take me where you have been...so for the past year, off and on we have been on the road.
The wife and I took a road trip through the Midwest and upper Midwest. I took this image in rural WI near the end of harvest time. I like how the clouds look as they appear to leave the field in search of another corn field.

That's great. Well done, Derosa. I hope you and your wife enjoy your "revisiting together" travels for many years to come.

Thank you. Look up love and tolerance in the dictionary and you will see her picture. She surfed into my life while we were in high school - attending different schools - and have been together for almost 50 years. Yeah. I am almost broke in she says...

:)

The further north in Wi ya go, the better/bigger the sky gets (personal opinion) And we hardly ever worry about not having a white Christmas!

In addition to the 2 foot already on the ground.

Nice picture! I haven't done this year as much traveling as last couple of years, still was able to visit Austria and Switzerland, enjoy the stunning views of Alps and have the best beer ever. Next year going there again and this time planning to spend more time in Austria. I already purchased vignette osztrakautopalyamatrica.hu, so will be driving a lot inside the country and discovering some small towns and villages.
