Rusty's post #19 map is about 20-25 years old and still pretty accurate! My wife is from "Eat and breath Ohio State" and I'm from just North of that!
The Amish parts have grown considerably! Our family farm of 201 acres is about 8-10 5-acre homesites and a little over 100 acres of horse drawn farmland.
Down by "Party School & hippy oasis" are the large patches of pot, that replaced the stills.
