Getting old ain't for sissies!

They refer to old age as the golden years because we spend all of our gold.............& silver & diamonds & bitcoin on the medical community.

I’m so sorry to hear of your misfortunes. Please accept my condolences for your loss.
As to aging, after multiple back surgeries that left the soles of my feet tingling, shoulder and hand/wrist surgeries that limited movement & dexterity and a host of other minor issues, I’ll take them over the alternative. The one thing that does sadden me is the loss of old friends and colleagues. I notice that the older I get, the lonelier I become……
But I have my family, and that’s what count most.

Bearman, before your haircut, did you have to lie back while your hair was washed? If so, take a look at this:

It's an article about Beauty Parlor Stroke Syndrome, which can happen if your neck is hyperextended at a hair salon.
Sorry I didn't make it clear in my first post this happened before I left for my haircut.
Not only have I never had my hair washed at a barber shop before I've never saw anyone else get their hair washed at one ether.

Some time in the last few years the gov has changed the weight and scales standards. Everything has gotten heaver than what it says on the box. Used to have no problem carrying a 24 case of water up stairs but now days that water is much heaver no matter what it says on case.
