Was reassembling after cleaning a J frame and accidentally articulated the hand of the trigger assembly too far, causing it to stick rearward without normally retracting, however I can position it forward properly, and it doesn't seem to have jumped the spring. I can tell it now has a lower threshold to stick rearward, but only if pushed past the point it normally moves during action. Once reassembled the gun is operating flawlessly in regards to timing and lock up. May this be ok to leave be, or should I go through the trouble of rebuilding it, perhaps with a new spring?
