Trigger job Shield

I have my 9mm shield apart right now waiting for the Apex trigger to arrive and new Hieni sights. I was wondering since I have it apart is there anything else I should do to make the trigger even better?

I used my Dremel with a cotton wheel and red rouge. Polished all contact surfaces of all trigger components. Added an Apex hard sear, smooth and crisp.

What exactly are you replacing just the trigger shoe? Then polish the striker block, and trigger bar contact points. Check the striker block channel is clean and there is no binding or grittiness when pushing it down. Check the striker channel is clean as well.
