Does any one have a picture of a TL with a factory drift adjustable rear sight? Or know anything about them?

My factory lettered Target model has windage adjustments in the form of two opposing screws, one on each side. I believe they were all of that type.

I have not figured out how to post photos so hope this is sufficiently clear.

I have owned well over 100 T_Locks, and am currently working with a displayer for the 2008 S&WCA meet in Mass. to display 100 T-

cks as part of the 100th anniv. of the T-Lock theme for the meeting. I've never heard of , or seen, a rear drift adjutable sight for a T-Lock. Which does not mean they don't exist, but I would suspect if you find one it will have British proofs. Certain target matches, circa early 1900s, at the North London Revolver Club ( Bisley) allowed use of drift adjustable sights, but no screw adjustable sights.

My TL also has the opposing screws on the rear sight and a pinned patridge front sight. The rear sight is cut in to a fixed sighted frame. I cannot take photos. I have not lettered mine yet. #2930

Bobby137,

I hope you'll forgive me if I slip another question in to Ed here (it does relate to TripleLocks and sights).

Ed, a couple of shows ago I saw a 4" half target TL (fixed rear with pinned front sight). Otherwise, it appeared to be a standard TL with a somewhat scarce barrel length. (I wrote the serial down somewhere but it is escaping me now, but I recall it to have been pretty early.) My question is have you run across any half target TripleLocks?

Bob
