I just put on a Bushnell TRS-25 on my M&P 15 sport II. I am looking at getting a Sightmark 3x Magnifier. How is the picture and do I need to put a riser on my red dot to line it up? Please Help!

I have to ask... why? If you want magnification, you are typically better off going with a scope.

Still better served by a variable powered scope IMO...
Whatever makes you happy but IMHO magnifiers are a compromise. Sight picture is never as good as a 3X scope. You are better off with a 1.5X by X variable powered sight vs a magnifier.
Better longer range sight picture and you can learn to shoot the 1X stuff.

Never used the sightmark or bushnell but I do have the the Eotech with an Eotech magnifier and love it. The picture is good using the magnifier, and one slap and I have it up or down. Very fast transition and I still have front and rear BUIS. My scoped rifles have offset irons but their not as easy to use.
