Trying to get info on 586 w/ adj. front site

[46DUDE]

I collect 41 and 46 pistols, and k frame wheel guns. Came across a 586, 8" barrel, with an adjustable front site. It has a wheel under the site, I guess to move the front site. Any info about this gun would be much appreciated. I saw it at a gunshow as the guy was closing up, didn't get to have good look or talk to him. Thanks, look forward to expanding my knowledge.
