I watch a video on YouTube, and got the lo k out, put back together, but after that the bar that releases the celender would move up when I dry fire it. Can I just take the lock out or is there a spacer that I need? Also is there any thing that can fill the hole and can I remove the key part out of the frame?

Ok thanks. I won't blame anyone for my actions.

Disclaimer: not a gunsmith or revolver expert!

Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let me see if I can describe the fix. If the "little black bar" is coming up then the cylinder release button is not properly seated in the slot and on the bar. The shoulder of the button sleeve has to ride in the slot. It is easy to have the shoulder not seated in the slot! Once the button shoulder is in the slot, confirm that the bar is riding in the channel as the screw is snugged up (in the button). That should do the trick.

BTW, I have "The Plug" installed in my revolvers. Great fit and finish, the price is right, and customer service is tops. Plugs (stainess, blued) [and retaining clips] are sold by member "Bullseye Smith" in the (Classifieds) Accessories forum.

HTH,

Not a gunsmith either, and not exactly sure what is happening, but check the plunger at the back of the black bar and make sure its there.

The plunged is there, I think MO_mule might be right
