Tyler t grips

Just looking to see if anyone out there has had trouble getting their products from Tyler T. I understand that a few years ago- Brian(I assume the owner) passed away, and his family members and/or friends were frantically trying to pick up the pieces. I have a relative that ordered and paid for several Tyler t grips back in April, and has still not received them--only tentative shipping dates that come and go with no deliveries. Anyone else having any luck?

I ordered four T-grips at the end of June- I have not received them.

ordered one in April too still nothing they had no trouble cashing the check.
