I've often wondered why the hell they are so hard to deal with. I mean, that's ALL THAT THEY DO. They don't make other widgets or gidgets, just grip adapters and trigger shoes. They've only been in business 600 years, so how difficult can it be????

Seems like I've been one of the lucky minority with no problems. Of course, those with a perceived problem generally complain the loudest.

How hard can it be you ask? Rumor has it that it's a FAMILY business and it seems family is the hardest to work with or for.

Ordered two on Nov. 7. JR called me to ask about my address cause he couldn't read my writing. Said he had new supply and should shipped right out. He doesn't answer email are return phone calls. Middle of Jan. and still nothing.
