No, but Hitler was stronger politically than Putin, and had taken all of Europe in one month through masterful adaptation of tactics and technology before turning on Russia. Russia failed miserably to take Kyviv and has spent 1000 days in a WW 1 stalemate while losing the operational capacity of their much-vaunted Black Sea Fleet. Hardly comparable.
