I should have done this a long time ago. I believe that this is a great resource. They found out that Beth has cirrhosis of the liver. She's not a drinker or overweight. Jimmy says he wishes that she was more coherent. Poor thing. I hope this is something that can be treated, but it sounds like it may require a transplant. The liver specialist is going to talk to them (him) today.
Allow me a rant out of frustration. This is the MUSC, the Medical University of SC, a highly respected institution. Like I mentioned before, Beth started getting treatments for liver stones earlier this year and it's taken this long to get a diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. There is something bad wrong here.
