Sorry to put a late '90s revolver in this thread with a beautiful 3" 19-2
The 19-8's were offered with a 2.5" or 4" barrel.

Great looking revolver as well!
If we bring in the 1990's we can't forget the 19-7. It was made in a three inch by the performance center, with a comp, AKA K Comp.

Off to the post office tomorrow afternoon to send my requests for a letter of authenticity and historical foundation letter. The wait starts and I'm super excited to see what I'll receive!

Went on the internet; 19-9s since 2018....66-8 has the 2.75" barrel 2017...so it must be true!!

Here is a near twin to yours, TH and TT, but no red ramp or white outline. Shipped in the summer of 1966.

My heavens, people sometimes wonder why the older Smiths go for so much $$$ - all they need to do is take a look at this pic & see for themselves- just incredibly beautiful guns.....not ever to be made again.

This is easily the best letter of authenticity I've received, thus far. The information given is amazing and the invoice copy has put it over the top. I want to thank Mr. Jinks and his team for providing great information on a piece of history.
