Actually, it's not a bombsight. It's a night landing aid seen very rarely in daytime. You guys have heard of a full moon, haven't you?

Those fly boys are always showing off! Been buzzed a few times by fighters and they really get your attention but they are gone before you can properly respond.

Actually I have. To Osan, Okinawa, Hawaii, and Guam. Flew cross country to Maine on a C-130.
We didn't need plumbers. That's what crew chiefs are for.

I never knew why they needed barf bags in an airplane until flying from Cannon AFB, NM to Ft Benning, GA in a C-124 (Old Shakey) in July.
