I just picked up a 40VE and a 9VE used and I have question about discoloration on the 9VE. I am not sure if it is supposed to be this color or not. These pics are ton the best but hopefully they will give you an idea of what am look at. Other than being discolored the 9VE has a very slightly rough texture whereas the 40VE is shiny and smooth any thoughts on what the problem is or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
