3" Ashland guns were 5000 quantity in 1985 with "ALU" prefix serial number.

would you know how many 3 inch 66-4s were made for RSR?? ('95-'96 i presume)

IIRC there were 500 ported 3" RSR 66-4's, and 400 3" non ported RSR 66-4's. Regards 18DAI.

Thanks for all the info. Both of those pistols were for my son, unfortunately he passed away in Sept. and I may sell them and a few others.
