Value of a 29-3 please

Picked up a 4" 29-3 a few days ago and kinda wanted to know its value. Its in great shape, normal turn mark and a little wear on the end of the barrel. Came with rubber pac. grips. Thanks for your help..

Probably north of $400, maybe 450 in my neck of the woods and IMHO.
