Value of a "very good" 1006?

I bought 2 NIB 1006's at the last Tulsa show for $1225 and sold one, and wound up with $300 in the one I kept.

Super gun

I purchased the first 1006 in Spokane, Wa ages ago. What a shooter. I them had Barsto build me a 40S&W barrel for it had it ported, recoil dampening device replace guide rod, and with 7 magazines had the entire bunch hard chrome plated even though it is stainless. The 40S&W rounds fit the magazine and feed flawlessly.

Welcome to the forum, Dave.

NEXT time, start a new thread and tell us about your 1006 before kicking a "dead for 2.5 years" thread up from the grave. ;)

This thread is 6-7 years old. The prices have risen dramatically, especially if more than one magazine is included. They now seem to be trading at $100 each. To those who didn't check the date on this thread, a decent 1006 with a couple of mags will likely bring $800 or more. A 1076 or 1066 will likely bring $50-100 more.
