Limited number of these "transition"models marked 459 but is a 3rd generation 5906. Box is so marked. Only fired once (oops!) other wise NIB. Anyone guess as to value?

It is marked 459 (blued carbon steel slide, black anodized aluminum frame) but is a 5906 (stainless steel slide and frame)??
I've seem some EARLY 5903s (stainless slide, natural anodized aluminum frame) from before the 5903 was introduced that were marked 459 but not an all stainless.
How's it marked on the label?

All stainless. Have to look again at the box. I think it says 5906 special or some such

459 should be Aluminum frame, carbon steel slide, blued
559 should be Steel Frame & Slide, blued or nickel plated
659 should be Stainless Slide & Frame, (silver)
5906 also Stainless Slide & Frame, (silver)
5904 Aluminum frame, Carbon steel slide, blued (like 459)
Transition pistols were mostly 4590, 6590 full size and 4690, 6690 compact with 4 being blue alloy and 6 being silver (stainless full size, alloy compact?) as I recall.
459 should translate to 4590 to 5904 etc.

Pictures of pistol and box end would help clarify.

459 LNIB at Connecticut shop for $525 (negotiable?) no takers so far.
Same shop 469 with 4 mags but no box - used not LNIB - for $300

I figure the 459 may be high and the 469 is significantly underpriced. In equal condition, I figure the 469 would be a bit more desirable - and I would put a LNIB premium of $50-100 max but 4 SW mags would also be a $100 premium.
