vaping is still kinda new its a lot of chemicals going into your lungs that are not that great for you , you just havent seen the pictures of people yet with no arms and legs and serious health conditions yet
at the core, there are only 3 chemicals.
Glycerin
Propelyne Glycol
Nicotine
Each has FDA approval.
There has been some past drama in vape.
Some flavorings have surfaced that are destructive to lung tissue. Stay clear of flavors that rely on a butter flavor.
Do not vape any fluid, gel, or wax of Chinese manufacture.
Do not buy your Ecig from a gas station, super market, or walmart. These are cheap "Cigalike" cartridge types that give you no say at all over what is going into them. Go to a proper vape shop.
Improper flavorings and Chinese grab bag issues aside, the primary health issues have been bronchitis, pneumonia, and nicotine overdose.
Bronchitis and pneumonia issues track straight back to idiot hipsters who vape constantly. when I say constantly, I mean they puff on them like its the only place they can draw air.
Why? I can't figure it out, it's usually zero nic.
Nicotine overdose is primarily found among this same demographic. However, it is not limited to this demographic.
For those looking to vape to get away from cigarettes, start at 12mg and keep a pack of your usual smokes on hand.
the delivery is different, and the body panics till it adjusts.
If you finish that pack, try again with 18 mg.
12mg is roughly equal to a traditional smoke in terms of delivering a nicotine level. However, to equate the initial rush of a traditional smoke, some figure that to be around 48mg and that is where the OD possibility lives ... don't fight too hard here.
To anyone reading this thinking about vape as a means of giving up the lung torpedoes, Feel free to PM me. I'll do my best to keep you out of trouble.
