Victory - Hammer question

Hi Guys,

I shot my Victory for the first time today. Everything was great, but I have a question.

Does this look like the right hammer for this gun?

The reason I ask, is that when I shoot it single action, I can see the fixed sites perfectly. But if I shoot double action, the end of the hammer gets in the way of the sites.

Is that normal?

Looks okay to me

All of my Victory's and Pre-War M&P's have the same hammer, I think they upgraded to a hammer where you can see the sights in single action shooting with Post War M&P's, my revolvers from the 1950's don't do that...
