Vintage .38 Special target wadcutter ammo

Picked up these two boxes today, just for the heck of it. Can anyone pin a date on them? I would think the Peters is newer...has a child safety warning on it.

By chanch does the Peters have a fps listed on the box?

I saw a post that had one lead 148 load going 850fps out of the old M10 weapons.
I don't know if this is true or just a mistake in the one article that I read it from.
It did not state HB or BB style bullet, so I am still in the dark.

I believe the Blue and White is early 1960's and the Green is earlier 1950s?

Zip codes in addresses showed up in '63. Just saying.

over time Remington has acquired UMC and Peters...... eventually Reminton remained. Notice how both use the Remington term "Kleanbore" for non-corrosive primers...... its a hint produced near the time the two companys merged. Some brass is even marked Rem-UMC
I have the dates somewhere I have to dig them up.
