I'm looking to complete the bullseye repertoire by competing in distinguished revolver. As I know (next to) nothing about the intricacies and details of the various sub-types of eligible guns I've been referred here by people who do know.
In essence I'm looking for a Model 14 MK2 or similar, 6 inch barrel, 38 special (or 357), ideally target trigger and sights.
Accuracy and reliability are all I really care about (read: am willing to pay for) so while I would love to own some of the pristine classic revolvers in the for sale forum I'm really not in that market.
I'm in central Texas - so a local face-to-face sale would be easiest but I have a tame FFL for out of state transfers.
