As 15,376 .44 Hand Ejector First Model revolvers were made (in addition there was those built in .455 Webley for the British Commonwealth),, was the highest numbered Triple Lock revolver 15,376 and the lowest numbered .44 Hand Ejector Second Model revolver 15,377, or was there an overlap in the serial numbers in this range?

If there was overlap, what's the highest known serial numbered Triple Lock revolver and/or what was the lowest numbered Second Model?

There was a definite overlap. They were made concurrently for a time.
Here is 14630- close to the lowest 2nd Model Roy has seen.

I strongly suspected there was overlap, but I didn't know for sure.

I was perusing the S&W database today, wondering what the earliest TL serial number might be for a barrel length other than 6.5". While I was looking at the entries, it dawned on me that AT LEAST half of the serial numbers I was looking at that fall within the known range for TL production are for non-TL guns! I know the database is not comprehensive for all known guns/serial numbers that exist, but this seems to suggest to me that TL production was MUCH LESS than 15K units....unless there was overlap of serial numbers. Yet, I did not see one instance of a shared serial number in the database for a TL and another model of gun.
So, would it be fair to conclude that TL production IS much less than 15,376 or is my thinking flawed somewhere?

Approximately 5800 Triple Lock revolvers were produced for the British Commonwealth in .455 Webley. These numbers were IDENTICAL to about the first 5800 revolvers produced in .44 Special. In fact, I own serial number 225 in .44 Special and another forum member owns serial number 225 in .455 Webley. 15,376 plus ~5800 is -21,176. When you account for several in each serial number series that may not have been produced, you still get a total production figure over 20,000.
