Gonna need a shovel for that one, and not sure he'd be the spokesman we'd want at this point, anti-zombie bias being what it is.
Happy to see Wayne out the door though.
I think we should draft Ian McCollum for the next head of the NRA.
He's got huge popular appeal, talks a very reasoned game, and being "Gun Jesus", there's a small Heston tie-in.

Hallelujah & good riddance. He has absolutely destroyed the membership's faith in the NRA. Now the Board of Directors needs to follow him out the door. They allowed or were fully complicit in his destruction of a once great organization. I hope the Real NRA can rise from the ashes.

You do realize that he bragged, to a reporter from "High Times" magazine, that he pooped his pants before going for a military physical so that he could avoid being drafted?
It's nuts that the NY AG gave the NRA a shot at survival...
I've detested Lapierre for decades, and the way he has marginalized the BoD for his purposes is unbelievable. I've been keeping up and reading the briefs and recorded testimony. How so few people manipulated the misdirection of millions of dollars right under the BoD's nose is insane. People should go to prison for this.
I just hope they can cut loose of the current legal representation that has nearly bankrupted the association. I cannot believe the legal bills that have been submitted could in anyway be legit.
It's all public record now, and nothing looks good...

About time….gray beard and long time member until all of the story started coming out! Hope his new Armani suit is in international orange! I’m going to rejoin and see what develops…we, all of us, must set our minds and course to regain the strength in numbers and political clout the NRA once, and still does, have even though to a lesser extent…
I was actually a huge fan when I was younger. As I got older, my opinion of him changed, and I realized what a hypocrite he is.
