They passed the infamous "SAFE ACT" years ago and they still have not figured out a way to work much of it including ammo.(many upstate sheriffs and other cop shops are not playing that game, as they wanted them to enforce it! )

So far the only repercussion out of that is to make it harder but not impossible to get mail/computer ordered ammo. It must got to a FFL dealer and of course he can charge for that service.

The legislature has more to worry about,:D a Federal Attorney is certainly running their day and many of them are looking over their shoulder in fear. Enough said, look it up if you want to learn more!

If only we could pass a law to end drug abuse....

Sure limit the guys who wage jihad lasting thousands of years to 90 days ammo buying....

They spend years planning their attacks.....

Yep, that's the ticket.

So with a 5 round j frame on your permit you could legally "hoard" a mind numbing, fear inducing, battle worthy, massive cache of.....wait for it.....40 rounds a year!!!

That should get the zombies dancin' in the streets.

If they want to make the streets safer, then they can send convicted felons to jail for a very long time. This keeps society's worst people off the streets and serves as a deterrence to others.

We'll call it "common sense" criminal control.

These lawmakers are going to continue until "war in the far east" has a whole new meaning.
