They'll try to get it passed in the name of " security ". And it'll do nothing to prevent crime in any way.

They passed the infamous "SAFE ACT" years ago and they still have not figured out a way to work much of it including ammo.(many upstate sheriffs and other cop shops are not playing that game, as they wanted them to enforce it! )

So far the only repercussion out of that is to make it harder but not impossible to get mail/computer ordered ammo. It must got to a FFL dealer and of course he can charge for that service.

The legislature has more to worry about, a Federal Attorney is certainly running their day and many of them are looking over their shoulder in fear. Enough said, look it up if you want to learn more!
