I'm already looking to put a good Leupold scope on and get rid of the red/green dot.

You are going to LOVE that gun!! I'll bet that made your smile alot bigger than that box of .357 when you walked out of the store. :D I've been getting lots of use out of mine. It's a favorite range gun of mine now and very comfortable to shoot due to the muzzle brake. I did have a problem with the strain screw backing out and causing FTF but a drop of blue Loctite cured that. Congrats and enjoy!

moody...l have 6500rds thru my Magnum Hunter..l prefer that cheap $31 Leapers red dot over the 2x Leupold on My Light Hunter...75Vette is doing OK with his Magnum Hunter.. He would do lots better if he would Shine his muzzle brake like l DO!!

Where do you find an holster for a rig with a scope or red dot sight? Is there a way to attach a sling to that hog leg?

Seriously, my entry to PC (Performance Center) revolvers was a Smith TRR8, 8 round, aluminum frame .357. What a pleasure to shoot. The groups are tight enough you can turn the target over and reuse it ;) I have a 3", 4" and 6" 629, but the PC Hunter looks very attractive and functional.

Congratulations on your find. Next time, have your wife sew your pockets shut.

Picked up several boxes. Took it to the range and it's ready for hog hunting tonight.
That's awesome! I picked up a 6 1/2" Classic not long ago partially in anticipation of a hunting trip I will be taking to Texas for hog among other things. Thinking about getting a red dot for mine for this purpose. Just curious, I have asked this question of others before, but what round will you use for the hogs?

This is what I used and it went in and out with out any noticeable expansion but the little piggy ran about 20 yards and dropped. [ame]https://vimeo.com/164745505[/ame]

Great shot placement Moody.. Right behind the shoulder of the little porker...Just curious, did you use the UTG red dot to make the shot,
or some other sight??

really was a sweet shot. Now I'm chomping at the bit to drop some swine.

Took the UTG off and used iron sights

Sweeeet!

I can relate to your situation. A while back I went to a LGS to look at the Glock 43 and came home with an Ed Brown Kobra Carry.
