Today, Governor Jim Justice signed House Bill 2499, to exempt firearms and ammunition from state sales and use taxes, and House Bill 2793, to create the option of a nonresident West Virginia concealed carry permit. These bills take effect in 90 days.

It should if Gun Broker gets the word and updates it's software. There are some states that have no sales tax at all. New Hampshire comes to mind.

Governor Lee here in Tennessee this week signed the constitutional carry law. No permits needed now to carry. Tennessee is on the road to becoming a 2A sanctuary state too. I believe it's 59 of the states 99 counties have passed legislation to become 2A sanctuaries as well.

WVCDL was the spearhead on this one.

Great news for the 2A!
You know Congress, others in DC, blue states, courts and the antis see this pro 2A tidal wave. Over 80% of country is shall issue or CC, with nearly 50% of these states having unrestricted carry. Interesting dichotomy our nation is experiencing.
