What are these #'s on the Yoke of my 19-3?

Bought a 19-3 from Cabela's yesterday. The model and S/N are stamped neatly on the crane. In addition, there is the number "46171" stamped on the yoke, with what appears to be a number "O16" or perhaps "D16" lightly stamped beneath it. Does anyone know what these numbers mean?

We get this question a lot, but it is a good question.
The 46171 would be a number assigned to keep the parts together during manufacturing. The others a are inspectors and fitters stamps.
Once the gun leaves the factory these numbers don't mean anything to us.
