I use the medium on my 45c. I have pretty big hands but the medium feels nice

Medium hands, small grip on 9C and medium on 9FS. The wife and daughter both carry 9C's with medium backstraps. Their hands are medium and small for females.

I recommend that the backstraps be used to adjust where your trigger finger lands on the trigger rather than just "it feels right". I've corrected many trigger press problems by changing an adjustable backstrap on a shooters pistol. Having the trigger finger go too far into the trigger guard (or not far enough) will cause accuracy problems.

Large for me. Fired a 40c at the range before getting mine and felt like the gun was gonna flip out of my hands. Bought it anyways as i figured I would get used to it. Installed large strap and is totally comfortable now. I in fact now prefer the magazine without the pinky extension. I cant get my pinky on grip but feels comfy all the same. Better for ccw to boot

I use the Medium on my 40c I just picked up. Feels great.... Ill prob use the same on my full size Im picking up tues

Even with my large hands, the small backstrap feels the best to me.

Small. My new M&P 9 is the only full size I've been able to comfortably get a grip on. That small back strap was a game changer for me.

75$

I use the large backstrap even though I consider myself as having small hands. I get better consistent trigger finger placement, and manage recoil better.

^^^This is what I seem to have found out. I have short thick fingers and when I got my M&P Pro 9 put the small back strap on but even with my fingers seemed to be too close to trigger. I am now experimenting with the medium and large back strap still undecided on which I will go with for USPSA Production.
