What do you guys think of the 2 new S&W 9 mm revolvers?

My guess is the 547 revos were a bit expensive to make with the unusual cylinder design. Also, remember we in the USA were still sneering at the 9mm wimpy thing in all the gun mags. Remember people were really upset at going 9mm and giving the contract to Beretta.

We have so much better ammo now the 9mm can do the job.

At what price craftsmanship? Plus, these do list towards use in competition.

I cannot recall the last year that I bowled a frame though I'm sure there's some expensive to me bowling balls available for purchase.

If the PC 625 is any indication, other flavors like 9mm, 10mm, or 40 S&W in a smaller frame gun should be sweet. A .45 ACP revolver with +P ammo is everything a .45 revolver should be short of Ruger BH/RH only loads in .45 Colt. I want a model 69, 5 shot .44 Mag. I too had a three inch Charter Arms Bulldog. A beefier S&W would be a nice addition to the six shot Mountain Gun or 329PD. Making major with a .45 ACP would be much easier than a smaller caliber it would seem to me. I'm not up on the current rules so won't comment farther on this issue.
