Distributors like TALO buy direct from manufacturers like Smith & Wesson and then distribute guns to FFLs. Distributors will often contract XXXX number of guns to buy and then make some design changes and sell those as TALO editions or whoever the distributor is

They don't command higher prices when selling but sure have some nice designs out there.
