What grips fit 18-3 ?

Sorry for the stupid question ( Just getting into the S&W wheel guns ).

What "letter" grips will fit a 18-3?

They currently have the small "service" grips and I want to get some larger "target" grips.

He's right you need K/L frame target grips

Beautiful Model 18 and picture of it, fyimo. He is correct. Any grip designed for the K/L frame Square Butt will fit it.

I knew it was refered to as a "K" frame but I thought if someone list the target grips on FEEbay and only had "L" in the title, that they might be a bit cheaper than ones that are listed as "K" or "K & L" grips.

Good luck in the hunt as they vary in price a lot based on whether they have the speed loader cut out or the football cut out. Then add grain, color, and condition and the price spread gets even larger. I've seen them go in price from $45 to over $100 based on those factors.
