What guns do you carry the most?

Glock 27, because I could care less if it goes to the rust locker. It's purpose will have been fulfilled. And I like the "internal" safety of it.

642 = 80%
686 = 10%

The rest of the time it depends on mood or what I am doing or wearing. If fishing it's the 3" 629 or if the mood strikes my full size Kimber 1911. I just ordered an UBG IWB holster for my S&W 4586 so we will see where that fits in. The 4586 just might end up primary as I am feeling more and more that the 642 may not be enough to handle a bad situation with the economy and such the way it is.

Extreme hot and humid weather my little .380 TCP in my shorts pocket.

mild weather my trusty 3914

cold weather my colt 45 officers model

Kimber Ultra carry in holster or fanny pack.
Sig RCS 1911
S&W 1911 (Big shirt or jacket)
Walther PPK for pants pocket

S&W M&P 9mm compact in a crossbreed holster... comfortable, stable and easily concealed even under a polo shirt

Kimber pro carry II or my glock 30 rank 2nd

3rd when I can carry in the woods or such, 6'' 686 plus in a leather belt holster

Also, in addition to any gun I carry, I almost always have a NAA Mini revolver in 22 mag in my pocket

80% of the time it is my Glock23c in a comp-tac mtac. I love that combo. It literally disappears under a t-shirt. If clothing permits, I prefer to carry a 5 inch 1911. But in the summer months, I sometimes cant do more than a Smith 642 with CT Grips.

I would be ok with just the snubby, but the immigration crap is getting so bad here I feel better with the extra rounds on board.

Since I can't carry at work, and I spend most of my non-work time doing odd jobs on my property, the handgun that spends the most time on my person is my NAA Black Widow. I don't carry it to protect myself from bad guys; rather, I'm hoping to have an encounter with the feral tom cat that has been taunting me for months.

If I'm away from the homestead I'm most likely to have the Model 642 that I picked up last Friday. Before then it would have been my Model 60.

Update: the feral tom has gone to his maker. The 642 is now in first place, but my wife has been eyeing it lately, so it may be back to a Model 60 for me.

I read all the posts in this thread, because I've been going around and around with myself, trying to decide on what I want to make my primary carry. I have a number of pistols, most of which I don't want to carry on a regular basis, because of size and because they are "nice." Which leads me to several comments I read, that go somewhat like: "I carry (gun) because I don't mind it going to a police evidence locker if need be." I can relate to that, because I wouldn't want to lose one of my "nice" pistols, BUT...my "nice" pistols are also my best and most reliable.

So, do I carry something that is "just ok and I won't mind losing" to the police or a thief, or do I carry something that is top quality and utterly reliable? When my life is on the line, the thought of losing the gun is secondary to losing my life.

I like the thought of carrying a Taurus PT111 (for example) in my car, versus my S&W 3913 TSW, for the reasons stated above...but I trust the S&W more than I do the Taurus. On the other hand, I wouldn't worry about the Taurus being stolen or seized by authorities (of course, I wouldn't want to lose any gun, but it wouldn't bother me as much.)

Ideally I would never need to use a weapon anywhere other than the firing range, and in my (approaching) 60 years I never have, but the world is less ideal every day...so, the conundrum continues.

Oh, and as for what I usually carry now: in the car, I usually carry my M&P45c, or my 3913. In my pocket, I like the Ruger LCR (in .357 but loaded with .38 JHPs.)
