What holster for M&P45?

I've had an M&P for a few months and can't decide what holster to get so I thought I'd see what you guys are using.
I'm looking for a IDPA/USPSA/range holster and mag holders. I've always been partial to OWB leather holsters but I've been using a Galco paddle for my Glock 22/35 and Comp-Tac paddle for my S&W 1911 and find them worthy.

This is the one I use by Blade-Tech. Check with them as they frequently have a bundled special with holster, mag carrier and offset.

The Mitch Rosen 5JR through the expressline is an excellent holster and a great value for the money IMHO.
