What is a "High Capacity Magazine Clip?"

The local paper, the "Virginian Pilot" , had a banner headline this am concerning the Obama/Biden plans and stated they want to "Ban High Capacity Ammunition"...What is that? Magnum shotgun shells with more shot?...Idiots! I am reminded of the quote about keeping silent and having others think one is a fool than opening one's mouth and removing all doubt...That seems quite applicable regarding the reporting I am seeing and hearing these days regarding firearms.

It's a magazine rack made out of spring steel that can hold more than 10 magazines. A really essential bit of equipment for the ultimate Man's Bathroom but you want to make sure you don't skimp on the charcoal canister equipped ventilation system or the large volume of noxious gases produced could trigger a Hazmat response from the EPA.

I have been amazed at how over and over and over again I've both heard and read referenced:
"Magazine clips capable of holding more than "x" "bullets".
Unless they were literally reading from scripts, there is NO WAY they could all be wrong in the exact same way. The magazines hold the entire ammo anatomy:
bullet, case, primer, etc...... They would be pretty ineffective if they only held the bullet, but shhhhh, lets not give 'em any ideas.

Unless you are referring to a M1 Grande, the term "clip" is usually an IMPROPER reference to a magazine.

A high capicity magazine clip is less leathel version of the deadly 30 caliber magazine double banana clip that goes in a fullysemiautomatic assault weapon. I have been at meetings where they have been discussed, they must exist.
