What is the most unusual place you have ever seen where guns were sold?

Saw something similar years ago on a motorcycle trip coming home thru Louisiana and Missouri. A gas station convenience store had a glass display cabinet with semi automatic handguns and pints of liquor side by side underneath the Slim Jims. Not a combination I had ever seen before. I mean really! Who leaves Slim Jims laying around like that?

Years ago when visiting friends in Arizona,I stooped by a motel to get directions.Next to the front desk was a small display case with about 25 handguns for sale.

Went with my brother in law to a shoe store in Rapid City, SD. He got himself some shoes and as we were checking out the owner asked if he needed anything else. Jokingly, he said a Henry lever gun in a certain caliber. The owner says, just a minute, and brings one out. Brother in law buys it. The owner is an FFL but doesn't advertise it or display the guns. Will get you about anything you want.

In L.A. (Lower Arnold) in Jefferson County, MO there was a store that sold guns, liquor, and flowers. Everyman's one-stop shopping!

I saw full-auto AK-47s being sold at the flea market in Kuwait.

In the 90's there was a combination gun shop, liquor store and premium cigar shop in Uvalde, TX. It still might be there.

I remember all those big stores selling guns. I have a shotgun my father bought from sears way back before I was born 1951. It is a JC Higgins 12ga pump 28 bl. I have it and it looks reallll good. I killed a turkey with it.

There is a Pizza shop back home with a gun shop, towards the back of but in very plain site, in the parking lot. The guy has the shop in one of those sheds made of wood T11 siding and a gambrel roof with a front porch. The bldg's 'bout 16'x 30' maybe.

That just took me wayyyy back to the funniest question ever, on

The most unexpected gun purchase I made was wandering around
outside Fort Sill, OK in 1987. My buddy and I walked into a Rose's Department Store to grab some civvy clothing, and found 10-22's were being clearanced for $95. We each bought one.
