I believe the proper term for it is an octong ninety, they are used to secure the relican rods on your ash pan.

There was something similar going around recently supposedly full of malware. A super gross looking photo that was actually a plant of some sort.

Reminds me of when I managed to blow out something that was blocking my eustachian tube to my right ear. The inside of my head felt sore (weird sensation) but the pressure relief was wonderful. Then I looked at what was in the tissue for 30 seconds to see if it moved...
