Annoying advertisement

Maybe I missed something, but is there a fee or something to pay to get rid of all these pop up ads on the forum?
Or is it just something we have no choice but to tolerate?

I'm a paid member of both the historical society and the collector society but the forums must be something separate.

Click on "donations" at the top.

8¢ a day makes the ads go away.

In the box at top of the page, click on "Donations".

Choose your level of donation, and your method of payment.

For as little as $30 per year, the pop-up ads will go away, and your Contributor icon will be proudly displayed below your Forum name.

I miss the Ballistics Calculator from another forum. I suspect they did not get donations sufficient. I have never found another calculator as good to replace it.
