If you go the S&W website and select "revolvers" on the left of the page they list a bunch of categories..."J Frame", "K Frame", "Performance Center", etc. One of the categories is "M&P". You know like the M&P340.

So this is the link to the M&P Revolver Page:
M&P - Smith & Wesson

At the top of the page this is the M&P Revolver pictured! It is not listed in the list of M&P revolvers below. Only 5 guns listed there, all of which I know. But what is this??? Because I want one! Looks like a 5 shot J Frame with a 3" barrel.

It got confusing when S&W, the owner of the M&P trademark for guns, brought it back into use for the new, polymer line of handguns, and then AR-type rifles. Then, for some inexplicable reason, S&W put that moniker back on SOME of the revolver line, specifically certain Scandium (R) guns:

M&P Revolvers - Smith & Wesson

But I guess that's better than calling that small line "Hand Ejectors" as if they were the only ones entitled to that other S&W moniker.

Why that really sweet looking one is not in the line is beyond me; it's gorgeous!

I've never seen one, even in pictures until today. It took some creative googleing for me to find this one. I wonder if durability might be the issue. Just a wild guess based on nothing factual.

14.7 oz. 3 inch 357 ?

Hmmm, so supposedly it was previously in production and discontinued. Did they just make 1 for the pic? :) Seriously I have never heard of or seen a 3" M&P360 before. Has anyone here ever seen one?

I've seen 2 on GB, I missed out on both and they didn't go for an incredibly high price, both auctions were just the gun IIRC.
