What is up with Brigade Gunleather?

Don't take this the wrong way, but you guys are nuts to place an order with a company like this. I just got burned by Lawman Leather Goods in exactly the same way (paid up front two and a half years ago, never received any product) and I only now got my money back from credit card dispute resolution.

I will never again send money up front for a holster without both a firm ship date in writing, AND plenty of positive feedback on forums like this to establish the good reputation for honesty and delivery of the holster maker.

An update (of sorts). I did indeed cancel the order and I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Low and behold, a month or two after the charge back went through I get a package. I wasn't expecting anything and the name Troy didn't ring a bell so I opened the package. When I seen what it was I tried to call them SEVERAL times to tell them that they shipped a holster that I had already canceled the order for and indeed had gotten the refund for. They wouldn't answer the phone, so I kept it.

Two and a half years... wow. I guess he had to grow a cow first to get the leather.
