What paint to use when painting the lettering on the M&P slides..

Doesn't help functionality but neither does many of the decals, fancy bumpers, and other exotic doodads that people put on their trucks and boats. It just personalizes it for that person. If functionality is all you care about by all means don't waste your time, the rest of us will do what makes us happy.

I can go with that except this is no boat or truck and nobody sees it unless it's upholstered. The person on the business end won't see it either. But I guess I've see some mighty good lookin' pistols on this forum. Many too nice to take out of the display cabinet. I guess I just see mine as another tool--With a Crimson Trace laser sight and Talon Grips. :)

Oh, and some Pearce Grip Extenders for all the magazines.

I just polish all of my rounds used for CCW. That way they will look shiny and pretty before they hit the bad guy. Hope he will appreciate my efforts!

Try a Markal Lacquer-Stik Highlighter Fill-In Paint Crayon. They are designed to fill in engraving and stamped characters.

Might be hard to find - you can go on the Markal website and do a "where to buy" search.

I use Testors silver paint. It's a little more subtle than white.
