What revolvers do you use as a CCW?

For many years caried either my Combat Magnum 2-1/2" or my Pre 39 9Mm Semi auto.
Then became a olt Warranty Repairman and cared a Goernmeent Model in .45 Cal on the belt,
( And an early Chiefs Special in a front pocket).
Now, retired ,carry a 649 in the pocket and for belt use the 9Mm old timer pre 39.

I have three revolvers that serve concealed carry duty. A 442 J frame, a 2.5" 66 K frame, and my favorite a 3" 65 K frame.

I prefer a 3" K frame.......... 66 or 65 in .357

If you look you are most likely to find a 65; or a 64 in .38 special.

Right on. Depending on my mood or destination, it would be one of this trio:

With things getting out of hand, i now carry two guns. The reason why i say that,my daughters house was robbed two times in two years. We had a robbery in the next town that they weren't happy with just taking what they had. They tied up the homeowner to a hot furnace. He didn't die but got burnt. We went away for the weekend this summer and found my back window busted up. My dog was home with the nurse that takes care of my wife 90 year old mom. Maybe the dog started to bark? Thank God for Dogs !!!!!!
I now carry these ..........

S&W 642 every day in a pocket holster. On rare occasion I'll strap on a belt holster, assuming the right outer garment will be on me all day, in which case I might carry a snub nosed Model 10, or Model 19. Probably nothing larger in the concealed carry mode.

I admit, however, that on a road trip two years ago or so, I carried a concealed 4" barreled Model 27. it wasn't easy, and I'd never do that on a daily basis.

637 Airweight, 38 special with some nice Ahrends grips, rosewood with a tung oil finish. This comes after trying a lot of guns over the years, everything from 22 to 45, semi-auto and revolvers....the airweight J frame has proven itself.
